Privacy Policy

You can read this website without creating an account. The current website has no registration, checkout, newsletter signup, or contact form. It does not ask for your Roblox or Overwolf password.

Website analytics is not currently configured, so no Google Analytics tag or analytics preference interface is loaded. The website does not include advertising pixels, session recording, or embedded third-party videos. Its fonts and page images are served as website assets; the current page code does not set tracking cookies or save an analytics preference in browser storage.

Visiting a website still involves technical processing. Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives connection and request information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, and browser headers to deliver pages and operate its infrastructure. Hosting and security records are separate from a website analytics tracker.

Optional website measurement has been prepared but is not active without a TopBlox Google Analytics measurement ID. If activated, it requires an explicit analytics choice before the Google tag loads. Its intended measurements are page views, clicks to the TopBlox Overwolf listing, and page-performance metrics; a store click is not proof of an installation.

Search Console is a separate administrative connection for reading Google's search-performance reports and indexed-URL information. It does not add a visitor tracking tag to the website. Reports can contain search queries, page URLs, countries, devices, clicks and impressions from Google Search; Google limits and aggregates the information it provides.

The Cookie Policy explains website analytics preferences and storage. Desktop-app Usage analytics is a separate setting and does not change the website preference.

If you email hello@sydevlabs.com, we receive your email address, the message, any attachments, and the other information you choose to send. We use this correspondence to respond, investigate a reported problem, and continue the support conversation. Email delivery and storage also involve the email services used by you and our team.

Send only the information needed for your question. Remove passwords, session tokens, payment details, and unrelated personal information from screenshots and logs before sending them.

Downloading TopBlox takes you to Overwolf. Installing and running the Windows app involves services and device storage that are not used simply by reading topblox.app.

• Local app data: favorites, Play Later picks, game preferences, quiz preferences, tracked playtime, Played status, Islands progress, settings, and cached catalog content are stored on your device. Some saved data is separated using the current Overwolf account or a guest scope.
• Overwolf integration: the app requests available Overwolf profile information, including a username, nickname, avatar, and user ID, together with login status, a platform session token, subscription plan information, and platform language. It also uses Overwolf's running-game and game-event information for supported app features.
• Online content: the app retrieves published catalog content from Supabase and public experience details, statistics, thumbnails, and creator media from Roblox services. Those services receive the requests needed to return that content.
• Advertising: the desktop app includes the Overwolf advertising SDK. Overwolf and its advertising providers handle advertising under their own applicable policies and platform controls. The website itself does not include that SDK.

The production Overwolf app uses Mixpanel for usage analytics when its analytics configuration is present. This is enabled by default and can be turned off in the app at Settings > Usage analytics > Allow anonymous usage analytics. It is a device setting and is separate from your Overwolf login.

Usage events can include app starts, navigation, search activity and normalized search terms, discovery and recommendation interactions, saved-game actions, launch results, settings actions, and observed Roblox game sessions. Event details can include game identifiers, app and platform versions, Windows version, game running or focus status, timing, and random measurement identifiers. Search terms are length-limited and filtered for contact details, URLs, paths, and long numeric identifiers; do not enter personal information into game searches.

Mixpanel associates these events with a random device identifier rather than your Overwolf account ID. Its IP-based enrichment derives approximate country, region, and city. TopBlox does not request GPS coordinates for this analytics feature. The TopBlox Mixpanel project uses US data residency.

Turning usage analytics off stops new TopBlox analytics collection, drops pending events, and clears the analytics identifier and persistence on the device. Re-enabling creates a new analytics identity. This switch does not delete events already received by Mixpanel, clear your saved game progress, or control all data processing by Overwolf, Roblox, advertising providers, or content services.

The app's Settings > Local data controls let you clear cached content or reset tracked playtime, Played status, and Islands journey/challenge progress. Resetting local progress cannot be undone. Favorites and Play Later are separate from that progress reset. These controls perform the specific action shown in the confirmation; they are not a deletion tool for every category of app data or for provider-held records.

Available rights and any verification or limits depend on the request and applicable law. A parent or guardian can use the same address with a concern about a child's information. Please do not send account passwords or session tokens to identify yourself.

Website request records, support correspondence, and app analytics are held in different systems. Clearing website browser data does not clear desktop-app storage or those separate records. Provider processing may take place in other countries; consult the linked provider notices for their own practices and contact routes.

Overwolf, Roblox, and other linked services operate their own websites, accounts, and platforms. Their policies apply to the information they handle in those services. The provider resources below explain their practices; they do not replace this explanation of TopBlox's own website and app behavior.
